By accessing or using the Kidstinge application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Use of Service

You may use our service for creating and customizing children's books, subject to the following conditions:

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws)

3. User-Generated Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using our service. However, by uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Kidstinge application, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Ezier and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

We offer paid services for the creation and printing of books. By making a purchase, you agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes. Refunds may be available in accordance with our refund policy.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ezier and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
